- Serenity has all the convenience, comfort and character you could wish for in a vacation home. It is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large fenced back yard, surrounded on three sides by views of the striking red Grand Staircase Escalante Nat'l Monument, yet just an easy 3 block walk to downtown Kanab.
The house is located in downtown Kanab, walking distance from restaurants and shops and several local trail heads for hiking. Recently remodeled, the house comes with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous hardwood floors, washer and dryer, central heat and A/C, Trex decking, propane BBQ and so much more.
From Serenity, you can explore Utah's beautiful national parks, including Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. You can also tour and volunteer at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, just minutes from town.
