The only issue we had was with the hot tub. We were very excited to use the hot tub during our stay, that is why we booked this home, but because of electrical issues the breaker would flip so the hot tub would not get warm. The host tried to send someone to fix it as soon as possible, but unfortunately it did not get warm enough to use. We were here for our third annual family/friend hiking trip and chose this location for its close proximity to Bryce, Zion and local Kanab hiking spots. The home was perfect for both of our families and children. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes, the theater room for movies and football games and the indoor and outdoor kid activities like the pool table and games. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable and view was great. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again when we are back in the area. ##### kylie m. So much to do within driving distance! Would highly recommend going to zion and also a tour with Expedition Kanab. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is great;close to town and easy to get to. It was big enough for all of us. I had one question when we checked in and the hosts called us immediately and answered that question.
