"The pool area air filters were extremely dusty. There is a lip when trying to get in the pool that can be dangerous because it is about 1/2 inch step up and we saw many stub their toes on it, including myself. The dust in the main area was a lot on the lamps and shelves that weren't used often. The staff was great but there were several areas that needed attention for cleaning. "

"The ladies behind the front desk and check-in were fantastic. So was the bell men. Room is clean, everyone was very friendly. We did have an emergency in the middle of the night, where our daughter who was home with the babysitter had low blood sugar. She is a type one diabetic. It caused us to wake up in a panic because we could not get a hold of her or the babysitter so we had to make some emergency calls which may have been a little disturbing to the other guests around us. A security guard came to the door around 2:30 AM and checked on us. He was very nice and understanding. We apologize for the little disturbance, but we did have an emergency. Thank you to all."
