« The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and on time. The hotel is located in Kaleici, which can be a bit noisy at night, so it’s something to keep in mind. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay. « We could not rate this hotel more highly, the location was exceptional, almost everything you'd want (restaurants, bars, historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate) were all within a 5 minute walk radius. I loved the style of the hotel and the courtyard, very laid back and relaxed. We enjoyed our stay here far more than a previous stay at the Marriott. »

« Notre n’était pas nettoyé lors de notre venu il y avait une tache de sang sur notre lit et â la réceptionniste nous a dit que les chambres était nettoyée alors que pas du tout. Au petit déjeuner il y avait que des omelettes et il y avait des cheveux sur notre assiette! Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. »

"Rien à redire, les installations sont superbes tout et très bien encadrées il y’a énormément d’activités à faire, des spectacles tous les soirs sont vraiment très très cool de haut niveau nous avons adorés notre séjour était super, bonne nourriture, bonne boisson, bonne ambiance, les personnels étaient géniales surtout notre femme de chambre un amour, toutes les personnes présentes sur places sont adorables et serviables. La seule chose que j’aurais à redire et vraiment c’est minime, l’odeur qu’il y’a dans le pavillon où se situe la boîte de nuit un bar et un restau c’est très très désagréable et aussi le coiffeur dans l’hôtel faite attention, nous avons fixé un rdv pour se faire coiffer en nous disant que le prix était de 25€ cheveux court ou long et nous sommes repartis en ayant payer 50€ un brushing cheveux court et 80€ cheveux long."

"L hôtel est magnifique le personnel est top , le buffet est énorme a mon goût cela donne beaucoup trop de gâchis, le seul hic il n y a rien a proximités pour le soir il faut ce déplacer en taxis et les piscines l eau est glacial, il pourrait le soir proposé des animations a l hôtel, sinon franchement je le recommande.
