« It's atmosphere is very good with full of flowers. However, what is good ends there. The room was cold at night, electricty recepticles were sluggish and the basin cap plug did not work. « 酒店環境很好，大堂員工很多大會英文，但有一個專人翻譯，房間很乾淨，由於這裡早晚溫差大，若有暖氣就更好，我們住的時候晚上很冷，沒有蚊咬。但夏天這裡會很多蚊，因很多花草，自助早餐有熱有冷不錯。晚上也上此晚餐也不錯，環境好食物也可以價錢唔貴。SPA則要改善，價錢不平但無暖氣，洗澡室只有一個，還有毛巾係濕，以這個價錢應要大大改善SPA的設施 »

« The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute...

« Rather new hotel right at the canal. Great view from the room's balcony and even greater view from the forth floor restaurant. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious (pancakes, eggs, noodle soup, fruits, etc.). Room well equiped. Would definitely stay here again. (Yes, the motorboats are rather noisy in the early morning hours, but it's totally fine with earplugs.) »
