Discover the best of Kailua-Kona just moments from your doorstep: \- Magic Sands Beach Park: Just a stroll across the street for sunbathing, swimming, and sunsets. \- Keolonahihi State Historical Park: A quick drive away to explore Hawaiian cultural sites. \- Downtown Kailua: A scenic 5-minute drive along the coast, featuring waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. \- Onsite: enjoy the resort’s beautiful pool and hot tub area with lush landscaping and partial ocean views. White Sands Village #111 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo perfect for a small family or group of friends. Visitors are greeted into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bright kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, coffee maker, blender and toaster for convenient and delicious meals at home. Choose from casual dining at the kitchen counter or a refreshing meal on the lanai where a dining table seats 4\. Back inside, cozy couches offer a respite from the sun where you can kick back with a good movie or favorite show on the smart tv. Also there is the Barbecue area w/tables for dinning by the pool and recreation room in the gated pool area. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open right from the bedroom onto the home’s lanai. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv. Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and smart tv THINGS TO NOTE: \- The condo has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. \- 1 uncovered parking space is provided. \- Washer and dryer in unit. \- We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay! \- The owner follows the Department of Energy’s guidelines, and the AC is limited to a minimum of 72°. \- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused. Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained. Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century. When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce. While the beach is down the driveway and across the street, its not far at all. Beautiful little beach.
