There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas inside and out for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for all levels of cooking. The washer/dryer were easy to use. We loved the pool, views, whale watching to the right of the lanai, all the sounds of nature and the little green lizards hiding in the plants in the yard by the driveway. Highly recommend Green Flash for takeout coffee/breakfast. Go early but it’s worth it. Great beer and swag at Kona Brewing. Good sports venue is Oceans. Gecko Girls for Hawaiian Ice. Humphys has great fresh fish sandwiches. Definitely recommend: Jacks diving for snorkeling with Mantas and scuba, sea horse farm you get to hold seahorses, Mauna Kea Summit Adventures for sunset/star gazing. Safeway is about ten minutes from the house as well as many restaurants and shops. We snorkeled by walking into water at Kahalu’u Beach Park. Terrific for first timers. This home is absolutely amazing. The kitchen, great room, and outdoor space was wonderful! It was perfect for our family of 10\. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing for the kiddos. We enjoyed the coffee and tea in the patio and pool area every morning, and our 2 boys enjoyed being in the pool. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the property. Beautiful views. Ample space to relax. Very large kitchen which is well stocked with utensils. Gas grill worked well. The house was beautiful, clean, located centrally from all of our activities. The host (Kona Coast Vacations) communicated quickly and efficiently with any questions that popped up not just during our stay, but also leading up to our stay. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The landscaping was gorgeous, we were pleasantly surprised by the entry waterfall and the orange trees were perfectly ripe for breakfast oranges! The location was perfect, it felt private and secluded but was a quick 10-15 minutes from grocery stores, the fun downtown and only 20min from the airport. We had an AMAZING time. The pictures are accurate and the view could not be more breathtaking! Everyone enjoyed the house and the pool was amazing. The lanai to the pool deck is a step down and not easily seen.
