Nice to have an accumulation of beach and snorkel gear, left behind by prior guests as I understand it, and worth noting the fins run on the smaller side. Great to have a grill as well, tho quickly learned that it’s necessarily kept quite clean to keep critters away, which meant I spent far more time cleaning the grill than I would have liked — next time I would pass on grilling to save myself the trouble. It was located in a VERY quiet community allowing the entire family to sleep very well. Each bed was quite comfortable. The pool was perfect for the kids and even though the kids are not allowed in the hot tub, the kiddie pool was warm and absolutely ideal for them to play in.
