« I have owned rental properties before and reaching out to the host should be smooth and effective which it was completely opposite in this situation: the property is well located and impeccable but the building itself is currently under massive remodeling with structures/beams exposed, steel beams holding the floor where this condo is located. Once inside the condo, the main window was covered in plywood as it is not structurally sound. NOBODY! should profit from renting and posting a property...

The units are updated, clean, with nice showers (plenty of hot water) and updated elongated toilets. They also have a small kitchen. Not big enough to cook large meals, but sufficient for quick vacation meals. The place is very quiet at night. »
