The place is clean and had everything we needed as a base camp for our adventures. We cooked 3 meals and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Rainbow Ridge management was responsive to our questions too. Note: it doesn’t have a view or AC - it was pretty hot in mid July, but really we weren’t spending much time in the unit during the middle of the day - we were off exploring the lakes and mountains. It was a great location to explore the area from mono lake to mammoth lakes and beyond. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious and had all the basic amenities. The furniture in the house was nice. We enjoyed watching a couple of movies from the dvd collection. I beat my kids at Scrabble and they refused to play again :). The outdoor chairs could use a little upgrade. I didn't have access to garage which made managing my bike storage a bit challenging but it was ok. The local coffee shop The Lift and the burrito food truck were fantastic. The general store is small and basic. For any serious grocery shopping you would have to go to mammoth. Some neighbors were tad bit loud when they were outside but it wasn't an issue past 8pm or before 7 am. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend staying here ##### krishna g. There were games and puzzles there for all ages which was cool when my kids got tired of the stuff we had brought. My only complaints were related to noise (the HVAC system is loud downstairs where the bedrooms are and there were some noisy neighbors the time we were there). We loved this condo and definitely worth every penny. Set up was great, one bathroom and two bedrooms are located on one floor; the kitchen, dining, second bathroom and living room on another floor. Rainbow Ridge was great with communicating with us when we had a minor issue with garbage disposal but other than that, I have no complaints. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. We needed a place to overnight before and after a pack trip and were quite impressed with the layout, feel, and comfort of this residence.
