Step outside to a 25-ft pool (heated for a fee), 7-person jacuzzi, and traditional firepit perfect for starlit nights. Lounge on daybeds with awesome mountain views or gather on the patio and BBQ and plenty of seating. A reverse-osmosis water system provides fresh drinking water. 10 minutes to Joshua Tree Park and 3 minute drive to downtown village.

Noise and Quiet Hours:  
  
\-This home is not intended for parties or large gatherings. If your intention is to host a party or event, please do not book this property. While we want guests to enjoy themselves, please remember Joshua Tree is a quiet, peaceful desert community, and to enjoy your stay respectfully :)  
  
\-Per San Bernardino County rules, loud or amplified music is strictly prohibited outdoors at all times, regardless of quiet hours being from 10pm - 7am. Noise monitors are on-site to help us stay in compliance with the city, and will automatically trigger if noise levels exceed the threshold.  
  
\*\*\*Noise complaints that remain unresolved may result in hefty city-imposed fines which will be billed to the guest\*\*\*  
  
Parking:  
  
\-A maximum of 4 cars may be parked in the driveway, including the right side. Street parking is strictly prohibited by county regulations, and we are not responsible for vehicles being ticketed or towed if instructions are not followed. Please plan accordingly.  
  
Drinking Water:  
  
\-The kitchen faucet is equipped with a reverse osmosis filtered water system, providing clean, safe drinking water that's also perfect for cooking. Skip the bottled water and enjoy fresh, purified water straight from the tap!  
  
  
Pool:  
  
\-Heating the pool requires a significant amount of gas, so there is a $200 per night fee. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you'd like the pool heated to ensure it reaches the desired temperature of 85-90 degrees.  
  
\-Pool cleanings are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays anywhere from 8am-3pm, pool cleaners are allowed access through the side gates.  
  
  
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy:  
  
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on availability.  
  
\-Early Check-In:  
\- From 9 AM onward: 50% of the nightly rate  
\- From 1:30PM onward: $50  
  
If late check-out is not approved and check-out occurs past the standard 11AM check-out, the following fees will automatically apply:  
  
\- Late Check-Out:  
\- Between 11 AM and 12 PM: $50  
\- From 12 PM onward: 50% of the nightly rate  
  
Pets:  
  
\-$50 per pet, per stay. Please DO NOT allow pets in the pool, spa, beds, and/or furniture. You are fully responsible for both yourself and your pets.

\-Please make sure to take all personal belongings with you upon departure, as we are not responsible for any items that go missing. If an item is left behind and found, guests will not be permitted to return to the property. Instead, it can be shipped to you for the cost of shipping plus a handling fee to cover our time.

\- For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the house is under 24/7 surveillance by Home Security.  
  
Wildlife:  
  
\-We throughly clean before each visit, however, you are staying in a desert environment, which means you may encounter critters, dirt, dust, insects, and cacti. Leaving doors open can invite animals, flies, bugs, and more inside. The desert may have , sightings of snakes, ants, spiders, and coyotes. Most of our guests enjoy the experience, but please remember, you’re truly in the wild. If you encounter any creature you find concerning, we’re more than happy to arrange for its safe relocation.

We had a great trip to JT! Reel House was perfect. Close to everything in Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms. Pool and the outdoor spaces were well maintained and very comfy. We spent more time than we expected being reacquainted with Mortal Kombat and the projector room was the bees knees! Thanks Lawrence for making Reel House available to us and being a fantastic host!

#### Perfect Movie Lover Getaway

Spent two nights at the Reel house with some friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is 10 minutes from the entrance of the park and 15-20 minutes away from some of the best stargazing spots in the country. The house itself is pristine and homey. Lawrence was super communicative and had thorough guide regarding amenities and activities available. It is a dream location for movie lovers. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood and very close to Joshua Tree National Park. The house itself was absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed. It had everything you could ever want! Clean, modern, with a gorgeous backyard and fabulous, family fun movie room! We loved staying here! Thank you!

#### Reel House

Stayed with my wife, 14 year old and 11 year old daughters and our pooch. We loved this house. My kids loved it. They loved the pool, the hot tub and the game room. We had a fantastic time. My wife and I enjoyed the local restaurants and cafes. The town is really laid back and we were anle to really relax. Also, the entrance to JT National Park it literally a block over. Couldn’t beat the location. Thanks again Lawrence!

Wow! 10 stars Isn't an option? What an amazing visit to JT and super easy to enjoy our stay. Lawrence was personable, proactive, prompt, super polite and above and beyond supportive. The house was clean. Check-in was a breeze. The beds were comfy, ac worked great, the kitchen was great along with all the amenities - the pool, Jacuzzi, the movie theater was top notch! Lawrence reached out ahead with a great visitors quick guide (which I failed to notice in our initial communication) but he responded to every question I had. We did run into a slight snag where the trash service accidentally took the curb side can with the trash pick up , but I let Lawrence know and he got a replacement right away. We never experienced any worry before, during, or after our stay The location is great- so close to a visitors center and a grocery store as well as a bunch of vintage and eclectic shops. A small cafe style eatery The Dez was delicious (although a little pricey) It was so great to have this home base to hang in and be able to spend so much time exploring Joshua Tree! But of course we felt there's still so much to explore. So we'll be back and I'll definitely book the Reel House again! Thank you Lawrence!!

#### Incredible! No other words to describe!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this house was incredible — and clean! Not just looks-clean, but actually clean, which is rare. We had game nights and movie nights in the theater room, and the sound system on the big screen made it feel like a real cinema. The reclining couch in the theater room was a nice bonus — super comfortable for long movies. The arcade games in the back were a hit with my 7-year-old.The layout of the house is stunning, and the backyard was just as impressive. I especially loved the grill — not one of those cheap ones, but a high-end gourmet setup with a sear function. I BBQ’d the whole time we were there.The pool was perfect! Nice and heated literally swam most of the day up the evening with my kids. Had a little section on the front for our toddler to splash around. Inside and out, the couches were super comfortable. The bedrooms had memory foam mattresses, it made a huge difference. None of those stiff spring mattresses that mess up your back when you decide to call it a night — I actually woke up feeling well rested.Location-wise, it’s perfect. You’re just a few minutes from Joshua Tree National Park — literally go up about three blocks, turn right keep going a few minutes and you’re at the entrance.The host was also quick to respond to any questions. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Absolutely worth it.

#### That was awesome! Good times all around!

It was awesome! Just got away for a few days and the host was super communicative. The property was clean, everything was amazing. The heated pool was great. Great BBQ and firepit. And the movie theater with games was the perfect balance on this property. We’ll be back for sure!
