Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 2 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. ​​​​​​​- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. \- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. The listing clearly stated “heated pool” in two prominent locations, which I confirmed with screenshots and sent to the property manager. Only after arriving did we find, buried deep in the listing, that heating the pool costs an additional fee — roughly a twenty percent over the nightly rate — and requires a two-day minimum. Since we were only staying two nights, the pool couldn’t be used. It was like ice water. For a property in this price range, I never imagined the pool wouldn’t already be heated. We brought teenagers, and the pool was the main reason we booked — so this was a major letdown.The main photo also gives the impression of a private desert oasis, but the backyard actually borders other properties, including mobile homes and other structures directly behind the fence/the pool area. It’s far less private than the pictures imply. The house layout was great, but the misleading listing and lack of responsiveness from the manager made the experience feel deceptive.
