The 2nd guest room has a King bed, and shared bathroom in the hall with a rainfall shower (no bathtub) The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The entire house has shutters which can be closed for sleeping in darkness. We have a brand new HVAC central air for heating and cooling. There are nightlights in the hallway & primary bedroom with a motion sensor. All bedroom have ceiling fans. No expense was spared, making this house as comfortable as possible. And it was so well stocked! The layout of this home is really nice, easy for us to all be together. My Grandson had fun with the pool table. We enjoyed the hot tub and made smores on the outside fireplace. Centrally located to everything in Joshua Tree. Many good restaurants there. We also enjoyed hiking the park.
