We do not allow parties, illegal drug use or excessive drinking. We also can not accommodate guests under the age of 27 with the exception of children in the accompaniment of a parent. No parties, drugs, or excessive drinking. No loud outdoor music after dark. We encourage slipper use inside the house, but it's not mandatory. Outdoor fire pit use is only permitted in low winds, and must always be checked with the local fire department website for seasonal permission. All flames and embers in the fire pit must be extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property. Please be aware that children count as guests. No smoking inside the house or sun room at any time. Pets must be house trained, and will incur a $45 extra cleaning fee as set by our cleaning service. Please keep pets' paws off of the furniture, doors, and walls. No outside guests on the property at any time. Each outside guest will be charged as an additional $50 overnight guest. My wife and I read the review where a former guest complained of salad bowl size. We spoke and came to the conclusion- if that was the only criticism, we should go. Full recommendation- no regrets! Extra points to the fact the owner stocked spices beyond salt, pepper, paprika. Salad bowl is plenty big enough for any mixing needs. Overall, we just really liked it. Also, our dogs loved it and were added to their pet rock garden. You’ll know when you know ;) The fire pit was awesome, the sauna was awesome, the jacuzzi was awesome. It was such an easy transition from our house to theirs, it was perfect. We will absolutely rent here again. Kindest thanks for the hospitality! ##### Shawn B. Ideal location close to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, pretty view of the mountains, very clean and spacious, large fenced-in property for our dog to roam and explore, fully stocked kitchen, tall ceilings, and the jacuzzi and sauna! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the record player, the yoga mat and blocks, locally sourced coffee, and the dozy blankets. It was the perfect setting for our restful weekend in the desert. ##### Melanie P. We enjoyed using the record player, cozying up in front in blankets in front of the fireplace as the wind raged outside, and of course the hot tub and dry sauna were wonderful and relaxing. From the cactus garden to the minimalist mid-century mod interior, the space was spacious and restorative. Andra was communicative, the house was well stocked, and we felt safe and enjoyed the proximity to town. I only wish our stay was longer. Would recommend! ##### Anna T. The location near the west entrance of the park made accessing the park extremely easy. The property is spotless and well decorated.
