All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the patio but it is not functioning at the moment. Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). This was the perfect rental for our family hangout with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside, super cute decor and furnishings to feel at home, and really close to both downtown JT and the park for food and park exploration. It also provides the perfect blend of rugged and comfort, you get a bit of that rugged feel driving on the unpaved roads (which are beautiful and easy to drive), and the place is beautifully furnished with everything you need for complete comfort and enjoyment. Narnia is the perfect name, it's magical. I loved our stay here. Also worth mentioning is that Mariam is super responsive and helpful from booking all the way through checkout. ##### Catherine K.
