« I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe. »

« The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.

The service at reception was terrible. The Wi-Fi hardly worked and was very spotty (we had to use the one of the room next door because the one in our room didn't work). The TV didn't work. « After a long journey from Switzerland and many delays, I was surprised to learn that the room I had booked and paid for was occupied by another guest. The reason for this? According to them, it doesn't matter if I've paid, if I arrive after a certain time, they give the room to another customer to increase their turnover. « Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. "I do not understand how Mercure can allow this hotel to be part of their chain. I specifically chose a Mercure in order to benefit from international standards. The service at reception was terrible. The Wi-Fi hardly worked and was very spotty (we had to use the one of the room next door because the one in our room didn't work). The TV didn't work. They use an Internet TV and because the WiFi was so poor, it didn't work. The room was outdated. Eco-friendliness is an unknown concept : they had small plastic bottles for shampoo, shower gel... instead of the big ones you now find in almost all international chains. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. And did I mention how unfriendly the reception was? "
