« This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding! »

« Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed. »

« My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful relaxing time at the lake house. It was a beautiful place. Super peaceful and comfortable. We drove down the hill to kayak and fish and just relax in the outdoor chairs provided. We also hiked a trail and enjoyed the scenery. We also enjoyed the short drive to the state park and did more fishing and hiking. We spent some time in hot springs and enjoyed going to bathhouse row, Books-million, and some flea markets as well as some other places. I would definitely recommend this...
