You are 50 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs, 23 miles from Ron Coleman Rock Mines. You have hiking trails 8 miles, 24 miles from Hot Springs Village. You are 4 miles from Camp Story and 15 minutes from North Shores. Fenced-in back yard for your babies. The kids had fun playing pool in the pool house. The dogs were able to run around in the fenced in yard. We had plenty of room and the beds were nice and comfy. The air conditioner works great, thank goodness because it was very hot. We used the Rabbit Tail boat ramp to access the lake, and it was nice and easy. There are no stores anywhere close, so you better have what you need before you get to the house. We all struggled to use the wifi, but we didn't miss it too much. ##### jamie l. There is plenty of room for parking (we had a pontoon boat) and family to sleep and hang out. The kids especially liked the recently added pool house. We didn't have to worry about our dogs since there is a large fenced in yard, and the house is at the end of a road with no traffic at all. It was very peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downsides for us were that it's over a 30 min drive to a grocery store, so be prepared to get your needed items before you get to the house. The roads were a little tricky to navigate with a pontoon boat, but we had no problems. The closet boat ramp is Rabbit Tail, and it was nice and easy to use. The road leading to the ramp is very narrow, though. It is about 5 minutes from the property. The owner was easy to reach via text/call.
