« We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! Thanks again! »

« Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome. »

« We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again. »

« We had a fantastic stay at the Hirox. Joshua kept in contact well before our arrival in order to pre-heat the residence, which was a very lovely and personable touch. You can tell that Joshua really cares for this property and for the guests that stay in it. The pictures were quite accurate, including the beautiful views from the balcony! The kitchen was stocked with spices and basics like olive oil, which made cooking meals so much easier for us. The bedrooms were very much as advertised...

« Just far enough out of town. Within half hour of major breweries and larger towns. Quiet neighborhood. On dirt road. Travel would be tough in winter months. Other than windy hills and many narrow roads from where i was coming from. 90% of the travel was rt90. »

« We spent an enjoyable week at this rustic chalet. It has a nice mountain view and is down a quiet road with just a couple of other houses. The house had mostly everything we needed. The waffle maker was a big hit.The fridge had plenty of space and there was coffee, tea, sugar and misc spices available. (Note there is not a dishwasher or washing machine at the property, and the well water does have a sulfur odor - in case you aren't used to rural water quirks). The hot tub was nice to have,...
