"We had a lovely stay at the cozy getaway! It’s the perfect size for 1-2 people, with everything you need for a short stay. The decor is amazing—great furniture, appliances, and even an air fryer! We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottle of wine, snacks, and Fiji water upon arrival. The hosts were also very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly.No fault of the hosts, but the first set of stairs up to the apartment is quite steep and narrow. Be careful with your footing and don’t try to carry too much at once. The second flight is easier.While the neighborhood appeared a bit rough and we wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking around at night as females, the building / apartment itself felt VERY secure, and the neighbors we met were friendly.We were lucky with street parking, always finding a spot right in front of the apartment.One small critique: the hand-held shower head kept falling down and didn’t have a lot of reach since it was hanging over the primary shower head, which wasn’t functional. We didn’t reach out to the hosts about it because it wasn’t the end of the world by any means. It may have been an easy fix and we just didn’t realize!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay—it’s about a 20-minute drive to Philly’s top attractions. Would definitely stay again! Thanks to our thoughtful hosts for making it so comfortable."
