"This property and our family stay there was spectacular. The rooms were spacious and clean, private and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and assistance from staff. Great wifi throughout and an excellent location in the heart of Jambiani town. Excellent value for the money and I would highly recommend this to families or couples in the area. "We could only stay one night. For sure next time we'll book for more. We had a room on the first floor viewing the swimming pool side (not the garden) and the sea. Everything was perfect : the decoration, the room, the team, the food."

"This hotel is a great little haven of serenity set right on the beach front with friendly hospitality. The staff are really helpful and will do as little or as much for you as you want. The breakfast is fresh, healthy and sufficient. There are plenty of little restaurants in in the village or along the beach front but the hotel will cook for you if you wish and the food is great."

"Sweet and sour: the upper rooms are finished construction. However, the lower rooms are not but they are still being rented. There's bare concrete, 1 lightbulb for the whole room, no privacy door to the ensuit bathroom... Almost finished...but not yet. That said, it's a clean budget accommodation with an excellent (in context) breakfast and fantastic staff. I can't help but have mixed reviews."
