"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Wer sich erholen und Ruhe genießen will ist hier absolut richtig, das Haus ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet, schöner großer Pool und ein wunderschöner Garten, man hört nur die Natur und sonst nichts. "Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man bräuchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin. Man kann nix aussetzen, nur das FeWo nicht alle Informationen vom Vermieter gesendet hat, aber da hilft der Vermieter weiter. Für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies, mit dem einzeunten Gundstück. Immer wieder ger."

"Our stay at Kinispa was fantastic- what a host! We arrived with our teenagers and young toddler to a home that was clean, welcoming and ready for our stay. "Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön auf einer Anhöhe mit tollem Blick über einen kleinen Weingarten. Im Haus war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung zweckmässig. Einen Abzug gibt es für die defekte Türe zur Toilette, schade, denn dieser Defekt hätte sicher schnell behoben werden können."

Der Innenbereich ist sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, aber der Außenbereich ist zwar zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wirkt aber eher lieblos. "Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und liegt sehr ruhig mitten im Wald. Zum Entspannen sehr schön. Es ist keine Touristen Region im Sommer, höchstens für Radfahrer. Daher sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch geschlossen oder nur zu kurzen Zeiten geöffnet. Als Familie ist es im Sommer nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, die mit Kindern Action brauchen."

"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. "Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value!
