The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer .

Incompetent staff

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldnā€™t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldnā€™t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriendā€¦go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

They did not honor any of the benefits of the Gold status VIP at all and pretended not to even know what it was. Everything was closed all the Bars on Friday night from 6 to 11pm . Crazy should be a 1 star hotel.

O recepcionista que fez meu check in trocou meu quarto que era de 2 camas de casal para um com 4 camas de solteiro, achei isso pĆ©ssimo, no mais a acĆŗstica do hotel Ć© ruim, o que quer dizer que ouvĆ­amos todos os baralhos externos. Quarto estava limpo e aparentemente reservado para outro hĆ³spede, pois havia um bilhete de boas vindas com o nome de uma outra pessoa no quarto. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ era bem servido, o melĆ£o estava com gosto de estragado, mas no mais deu para tomar um bom cafĆ© da manhĆ£. Pessoal do restaurante atendimento muito bom, o da recepĆ§Ć£o nĆ£o gostei nem um pouco.

Na chegada estavamos vindo de um evento pedimos uma ajuda com as malas aos funcionĆ”rios falaram que nĆ£o tinham esse serviƧo e tambĆ©m nĆ£o fizeram questĆ£o nenhuma em ajudar, como tambĆ©m cobram pela garagem mas nĆ£o tem ninguĆ©m para levat o carro.
