"As we arrived we could choose between two properties. Karin communicated very well with us. The view from our balcony was great. Had all the basics. The smell was a bit odd when we arrived. It came from the toilet. It was fine after we aired out and kept the toilet door closed. Walk up and down is very steep. But it’s ok we didn’t have to walk fast. Beaches are closed by. "O hotel é ótimo, o quarto muito bom com duas suítes e super completa cozinha. A limpeza estava boa, somente a varanda que estava bem suja. Não conseguimos usar as áreas comuns porque estavam passando por manutenção. E a conexão com o shopping ajuda bastante."

Quartos com ar condicionado, sofá espaçoso, chuveiri bom, condomínio funcional e tranquilo, a 3 quadras da praia(não muito cheia , com calçadão para corridas e caminhadas, 15 min a pé de um grande supermercado. Ponto à melhorar, a cozinha com bancada muito pequena e sentimos falta de um mixer e um ralo maior.."

"The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer ."

"It is one of premium hotel in the area. Itajai and the Brava beach is a funky neighborhood and it is quiet, safe and clean. The service I received from this hotel is superb and the breakfast is custom-tailored, health and nutrition focused, five-star restaurant quality. I only wish they can serve the breakfast earlier to fit the business travellers schedule. The staff were trying to accommodate me with their best effort and I really appreciate it! Well done guys."
