Room initially smelled clean, but the bedding appeared used with visible hair and a stain on the sheet. Fresh sheets were requested but unavailable as housekeeping had finished for the night, so we were offered another room. The second room was better but still had hair on the bedding. The shower was narrow, roughtly 2.5 feet wide. Showering was not the most confortable in this tight space.

We booked the hotel by mistake for June 5–23, but our actual trip dates were June 6–24. We contacted the hotel by email less than five minutes after booking to correct the dates, but the hotel refused to make the change. and ignored our msgs Upon arrival, we were also informed that we would need to pay additional charges because we have two children Additionally, room service is only available until 2:00 PM, which was not convenient for our family during the stay. . will not stay there again

Overall this property is fine for a short two-day trip. Whilst the location is good, it's difficult to be reached with a taxi. They expect a guest to walk a distance wheeling suitcases in the street. Not ever again will I fall for this. The rooms are small and the bed linen was ripped in several places. They offer bottled water, which is a plus, but there are no other amenities. Only body wash and shampoo. No hair conditioner. The breakfast is simple and the same every single day. I didn't particularly appreciate the breakfast waitress having a loud argument with the kitchen lady, as well as with the male waiter. This is totally unprofessional and tacky. Otherwise, I did enjoy the ability to walk around.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Lage des Hotels. Ansonsten war mein Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen kann ich die vielen positiven Bewertungen nur schwer nachvollziehen. Ich bin alleinreisende Frau und kam erst gegen 23 Uhr im Hotel an. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, und zunächst machte das Zimmer einen guten Eindruck. Als ich mir jedoch einen Tee zubereiten wollte, fiel mir sofort der stark verschmutzte und schmierige Wasserkocher auf. An der Rezeption erhielt ich zwar ein Ersatzgerät, dieses war jedoch kaum sauberer. Anschließend stellte ich fest, dass sich die Zimmertür nicht abschließen ließ, da das Schloss defekt war. Ein Mitarbeiter kam mit aufs Zimmer und bestätigte den Defekt. Ein anderes Zimmer stand angeblich nicht zur Verfügung. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, sodass ich die erste Nacht mit einer nicht abschließbaren Zimmertür verbringen musste – als alleinreisende Frau ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl. Bei Tageslicht wurden weitere Mängel sichtbar: Haare von vorherigen Gästen auf dem Boden, eine lockere Toilette, ein lockerer Wasserhahn sowie ein beschädigtes Waschbecken mit reparierten Rissen. Während meines 8-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde der Boden nur einmal und auch dann nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Ansonsten wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt, während Müll entsorgt und Trinkgeld mitgenommen wurde. Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel weder meinen Erwartungen noch dem Eindruck, den die Bewertungen g

Sadece 2 gece kaldık, kaldıgımız surece bi problem yaşamadık, güzel gecirdik. Genel olarak temizdi, personel güler yüzlüydü, yardimci oldular. Yine kalmak isterim. Tek dezavantajı otoparkı olmaması ama istanbulda otoparkı olan bir otel bulmak zaten epey güç.

Das Hotel ist vollkommene zufriedenstellend. Lediglich die Geste haben kein Benehmen und schreien zu jeder Zeit im Flur, welches man hört im Zimmer. Dafür kann das Hotel aber wenig, ist eine belebte Gegend. Das Personal, der Junge Veysi ist sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützt wo er kann.

Oda çok temiz yer çok uygun heryere ulaşım kolay istiklale çok yakın. Kahvaltısı iyi doyurucu çeşit çok ama erken gidin bi tık kahvaltıya .sadece temizlik malzemesi çok ağır kokuyor onu kullanmasın otel bence benim astım var odayı baya havalandırdım ve temizletmedim bi daha. Yataklar çok rahat personel yardımsever . Teşekkürler:)
