Good location, close to the subway. Better maintenance is needed in the rooms (shower area, carpet). First room assigned was in a smoking floor. I got a new room after. My booking did not incllude breakfast, thinking if needed, it would pay it Although a good breakfast, it was expensive (25 euros).

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel and the location is good too. However the rooms are old, the wifi was cutting off all the time, and there was a short water outage.

We had such a wonderful experience during our first stay that we decided to return just two weeks later for an additional night—and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. We were generously upgraded to a larger room for the second time, which made a huge difference for our family. They also kindly accommodated a late check-out, allowing us to keep our baby on schedule and enjoy a much more relaxed departure. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown by everyone at the hotel. It’s rare to find a team that is so attentive and thoughtful. Thank you for making us feel so welcome on both visits—we truly appreciate everything you did for us and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I booked non-smoking Superior King Room, but received room #914 which isn't non-smoking and isn't superior (with stained carpets, full size bed and awful cigarettes smell). I was in a mood to give a very negative review, but after I saw how the housekeeper did her best to clean and ventilate my room, I changed my mind. Also breakfast was included in my booking and it was very, very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were especially touched by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Since we were traveling with our baby, they generously upgraded us to a larger room to make our stay more comfortable.
