The nearest beach access is a quick walk or bike down 3rd Avenue (2 short blocks), and does not require crossing of Palm Blvd. 210 Palm Blvd is perfect for a family/group of 8-10, or four adult couples looking for comfortable large bedding (mattresses installed March 2024), and desire walking proximity to both the beach and popular Isle of Palms restaurant, The Boathouse At Breach Inlet. Need a break from the sun? Along the back of the home, guests will enjoy the comfort of the elevated screened porch, perfectly situated overlooking the outdoor pool below, and offering easy access to the living and kitchen space. Gas grill is conveniently located on balcony next to screened porch, allowing quick access to the open kitchen/living space. BONUS: Beautiful sunsets, and peeks of the deepwater Hamlin Creek Waterway are available from the front porch, and those rooms facing Palm Blvd. Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
