I appreciated that the home was equipped with all the things that are commonly needed as most rental homes are not. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The neighborhood is adorable and a quick walk to the beach. The house itself was recently redone and the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. The outdoor fire pit was a great place to gather and the outdoor games were a nice addition. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a family meal and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather and eat. The family room had enough seating for a family movie night. We would definitely stay here again and AvantStay were wonderful to work with. ##### Molly L.
