It is tastefully adorned in beach decor and is just steps away from the Atlantic! Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging within the enclosed porch (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during normal business hours.) Key features include access to outdoor community pool (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown) and tennis courts, and close proximity to Island Restaurants and shops. The check in packet was very good. Better have a good map or GPS. The property is dated, but we knew that, etc A/C only goes to 73.....use the fans. The bedrooms were a little warmer. Great washer and dryer set up. Nice porch!!! It served our needs.
