Step into your vacation dream that features five bedrooms, each with a king bed, four full baths, and an inverted floor plan so that commanding views can be found throughout the living space. Upon entering the home, take a moment before walking upstairs and enjoy the beauty of the foyer, the lower level sitting room, and the private study that features a sleeper sofa. It defines the quality and workmanship of this incredible home. Featuring a reverse floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the home. Each of the four bedrooms have new king mattresses, all new furnishings and two feature a private bath, and two share a jack/jill bath. One of the highlights of the first level is the front large deck. Also featured on the first level is a ½ bath near the study. On the second level of the home you will enter into the beautifully decorated living area. Both the living room and dining area feature new furniture purchased from one of the finest stores in Charleston. The construction, design, and hold no short cuts at 311 Carolina Boulevard. The dining area has seating for 12 with an additional seating at the kitchen island for 4\. 311 Carolina is a chef's dream with exceptional stainless-steel appliances and an extra-large built in refrigerator.
