Wild Dunes resort has equipment located on the course directly behind the home. They are rebuilding and expanding the greens. This Beautiful home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 12th green of the Harbor Golf Course. The front entry features a large inviting porch that runs the width of the house, perfect for rocking away the afternoon! The first floor living area offers an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room, and a fabulous master suite. There are wood floors in the foyer, dining room, kitchen and family room, with carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The spacious eat-in kitchen features tons of cabinetry that is fully stocked and ready for cooking. Relax in the screened porch overlooking the 12 green and down the fairway and lake. Step into the sun on the expansive pool deck, complete with swimming pool and BBQ area, or play ping-pong in the garage. The beach access is located on 41st avenue and is about a 10-15 minute walk from the home.
