Very clean and well stocked. Beds comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Location and view are perfect. Back and yard and deck very nice. Negatives: no air conditioning upstairs gets a little stuffy at night. Trash disposal was not ideal, before taking to the landfill would be nice to know to separate recyclables because you pay by weight and taking to landfill during certain hours only.
