An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. "The process and thorough commnunication from start to finish was fantastic and easy. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Bed was very comfy and a nice bathroom/shower. Otherwise it's very basic accommodations - but well located, a stone's throw from the beach in a quaint little neighborhood just outside of the downtown. The outdoor patio is wonderful with a beautiful view. For the price it's an excellent value! Thanks for everything."

"This property is a gem. Small, boutique feel. The beach in front can be quite small depending on the tide, but aside from our first day (due to impacts from Hurricane Isiah’s when the tide was very high) we were able to enjoy the provided loungers. Included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We especially enjoyed the fresh juice of the day. We also enjoyed our beach days there with lounge chairs and palapas. The bar served up cold drinks and delicious food. Here’s the one downside - If you are sensitive to noise at night, you may want to select a different location. It is very close to numerous bars and clubs that provide entertainment into the night, clearly audible in our room. We employed our noise-cancelling headphones to mitigate some of the sound, but would have preferred to hear the ocean waves instead. Some nights the music was louder than others. During the day, it was a peaceful, tranquil spot to relax and enjoy the ocean and sunshine. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Property and room were clean and safe."
