The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. « Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, personnel très serviable. La chambre très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, et pas de bouilloire pour un café ou thé. Les repas au restaurant comme le petit déjeuner, sont excellents . Le service shuttle VIP avec les chauffeurs (très sympathiques) est un service très appréciable pour le transport à Ischgl, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. En conclusion, très bon séjour, on reviendra. »
