"We were terribly disappointed to learn after we arrived that the outdoor pool was closed for repairs. Our main intention was to lounge by and in the outdoor pool. Although we had access to the indoor waterpark it was definitely for kids and young families, not for two senior citizens like us. The hotel did offer a 10% discount which we accepted.
Also the hotel clerk didn't bother to tell us that there was parking available much closer to our room which we discovered on our own, and also didn't tell us there was an elevator available to the restaurants on the back side of the hotel. After climbing the very long set of stairs the first time, we discovered the elevator on our own (which was through two sets of doors after going out the backside of our hotel.
Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay very much."
