Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people. 3\. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. Although \*non-shedding\* pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive cleaning or damage will be charged to the guest\`s name on the reservation. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. The property was clean, the internet worked well, and the host was very communicative. I appreciated the friendly next door neighbor and the easy access to Pothole Park, plus it’s within walking distance to downtown.However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: the yard needs mowing, the deck requires repairs, and the kitchen’s cold air vent hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Parking is also quite limited—I had an unpleasant encounter with a neighbour when I parked near the unit for a short time.Overall, I would recommend this townhouse depending on your accommodation needs and priorities. ##### Dean D. We enjoyed the condo and all the space we had. Everything was set up nicely and appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to bring the bathroom necessities. Very close to everything we could walk to. The beds were great and the bedding and towels were excellent quality. The kitchen had everything we wanted. There are a lot of stairs, so not good for someone with mobility issues. The location, close to the main street in Invermere, was convenient and the community has some nice little restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. The scenery is spectacular.
