The house is situated on a 1/4 acre lot on a quiet street a couple of blocks from downtown Invermere, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery, and liquor stores. At the end of the road is the hockey and curling arenas and summer farmers' market. Also, there are multiple Lake Windermere beaches within a 10-minute walking distance.
