It's located within walking distance of parks, ships, downtown, cafes, grocery stores and the pharmacy. It's extremely clean and neat and Jenny was extremely easy to deal with and very friendly as well as responsive. It is on a major commuter road so road noise is significant if you're not used to traffic noise. The complex is neat and yards are in excellent shape. A garbage bag was left on step outside back door. I did call regarding this but it still had not been removed when we left. The AC constantly would revert back to auto settings so when you return from heading out you had to change the temp so it was not too hot at night. There were dishes that were left in dishwasher. They appear clean but we washed them again as we were not sure. Jenny the manager was super considerate and very nice. The cleaning company has just been changed, so there are a few start up communications that need to occur, however, the home is beautiful, clean, tidy and spacious. Definitely would stay again.
