USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. CAN I PARK ON THE STREET? NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be imposed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! Please park in the driveway, which accommodates up to 4 cars: 3 on the driveway itself and 1 in the indoor spot designated for your exotics and specialty cars. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests. Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE? No golf cart currently. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a SMALL Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $50 for each pet thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you. PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. All the activities were awesome, the house (including the beds) were comfortable, and hosting our big family farewell dinner there worked really well. We had such a great stay at The Palms House. The place is stylish, super clean, and really comfortable—everything felt thoughtful and well put together.
