- Our 2 bed/2 bath home is clean and uncluttered! Single story with all amenities. SEE PHOTOS and VIDEO
Floor to ceiling glass with beautiful views of the mountains and slump stone walls throughout. Remodeled back to the original, 1960's era style with mid century modern décor, orange door and new "retro" blue appliances. Remote controlled blinds for convenience and privacy. 1 car garage.

Located 2 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden home of Paribas Open. 6 miles from Empire Polo Grounds home of Stage Coach and Coachella. Walking distance to 2 different shuttle stops for the festivals, tennis, and more. New Acrisure arena has outstanding concert lineup. Come for modernism week, film festival, food and wine festival, or just enjoy the desert life.
Quiet, gated community with club house, 6 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball, ponds, green grass and several walking paths. Corner house with plenty of parking out front or in garage. Beautiful view of south facing mountains and water feature. Outdoor seating on spacious patio plus private enclosed side patio. 1 car garage available for use.

• 1 new, queen size Aero bed (mattress) available for additional guests. New linens and pillows. House sleeps a maximum of 6.
• Bathrooms have large shower, dual vanity in master bath, hair dryer, sliding door to private side patio
