"Beautiful property. .very comfortable. Bring bug spray for mosquitos/sand fleas when sitting out side.We enjoyed our stay.Gregg is very prompt on fixing anything right away. He is a very nice and considerate person.It is super close to the beach."

"Our family of (3) senior couples enjoyed very much Coastal Breeze. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean with all the comforts of home. The salt water pool is wonderful along with the hot tub. It’s located right across the street from the beach, 30 minutes from St. Pete and Clearwater. We all enjoyed our vacation and this is a must visit home for your family vacation."

"Great spot. One issue was it is near a bird sanctuary. Light sleepers beware. The code to the entrance; code to retrieve the key; code to open the gates, made for undue stress early on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
