In Imperia Oneglia in a central position with a balcony with a view of the sea, convenient to services, we propose this renovated three-room apartment, ideal if you are looking for an absolutely exclusive holiday. The strategic location close to the beaches (450m) is excellent for experiencing a holiday that is not only exclusive but also comfortable. As written, the accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of all amenities: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and entertainment venues.  
  
Whether your choice is a farmhouse with swimming pool in Liguria or a flat with a sea view, our agency will find the right accommodation for you! This accommodation, on the first floor without lift, consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchenette with 4-burner gas cooker, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and electric oven with microwave function, dining room with television and double sofa bed (140\*190), bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. There is air conditioning, independent heating and a balcony with a view of the sea.  
  
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Public parking nearby. Ideal for a family! This flat is certainly an excellent solution if you want to enjoy your holiday in an informal and active way and if you love the convenience and pleasure of reaching the beaches on foot, without having to use your car for daily trips. In the immediate vicinity are the church of St John the Baptist with its bells ringing the hours and the local market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings).
