"Nice well equipped property with the facilities needed to use it as a base to explore the area and have day trips out from. Good communication from a nice host with suggestions to visit the area and a nice welcome pack which was a nice touch. Property has a freezer which isn't listed (but no ice maker which is listed), a good selection of games and DVDs for the TV in the 2nd bedroom. Good facilities at the site although no facility to pre-book general swimming sessions so might be worth going...

"We loved it. Annie is a wonderful host. House is kept clean and well maintained. Sauna and hot tub are checked regularly. The fire place was a blessing at any time of the day or night. And that lack of towns or city noises , just complete silence. I can’t remember when I enjoyed the silence so much. We will definitely back again. "

"We have been holidaying in Croyde for many years, staying in the same location, but a different property. The location is wonderful, lovely house with a stunning view of Croyde Bay. The downside was the cleanliness of the property and the bad smelling bed linen that made it impossible to sleep in. I was so pleased I had brought my own pillows and a few blankets."

"Had a really nice couple of nights, room was spacious, clean and ideal for a family. Staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, courteous and helpful, credit to the resort and management. Breakfast had enough for everyone and a good selection of cooked and continental. We had one evening meal in the restaurant, couldn't fault the food or the service and very reasonably priced, we even stayed for the quiz! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and will hopefully visit again. Thank you. :) "
