« Foremost, I like to thank Expedia for their support. In late 2017, I booked a hotel weeks ahead through Expedia. However, in January when I contacted the hotel few days before the stay, I was told they could not find my reservation, and also they cannot accept Expedia payment. I contacted Expedia and we cancelled the reservation. Eventually, I settled for The Sojourner by Genesis after Expedia asked me to select another one. To my surprise, I got this hotel at a reasonable price (almost half of...
