"The room was nice and clean. Checking in was a little wonky because there was nowhere to park to check in. Thankfully, the valet staff allowed us to park against the fence to check in and take our luggage to the room. Also, parking was $55 for overnight valet, and that was the only overnight option. Daytime parking only was $30. Instead of Denver, it felt like New York City and not in a good way, I realize this is a downtown hotel, but the experience could have been better."

"Clean room but the AC cycles to fan after midnight and simply blows air . At 2 am I was offered to move rooms and the reception reported that she could not even acknowledge that the thermometer was off. This is the worse part of this property , with 80 and a concrete structure vacationers NEED QUALITY AIR CONDITION. Moving rooms at. 2 am , she simply pushed a cart in my room , handed me a key and walked out. Hmmm. I understand she was short staff however common curtesy and compassionate response are good customer service. Poor customer service , and the change in rooms cost me extra. Not worth the trouble. Will not use there property in the future."

"Lovely older hotel. Fixtures are a bit out of date and well used. Our room had frosted windows so not well lit at all. Sink did not drain properly. $15 credit toward food in the bar could only be used for an evening meal which we couldn’t use due to wedding events. They did provide bottled water every day and the room was spacious and bed comfy."
