"The pool was clean. The spa pool wasn't in use. The unit was clean enough. There was tea and coffee in the room. The bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as they could have been. The only staff I saw were the service staff . The concierge was via phone. All in all it was value for moneys paid"

That's what an overnight stay is for - a bed and shower, the next morning. Not impressed!"
