« We've always thought of the Gateway as the crown jewel of hotels in Ames. This visit had several disappointments. No daily housekeeping without asking, however we were not informed of that. So we waited for restocked coffee and condiments, clean towels, clean trash receptacles and tissue. Also our bathroom faucet was loose and flopped back and forth when turning on and off.
