"Stayed for weekend getaway with 6 friends. We were amazed by the property and generosity of the host. The house is beautiful and comfortable. There was more than enough room to sleep and the house was filled with complimentary items like toiletries, fruit, fresh eggs and bacon. Do not pass up the kielbasa. It was probably the best I ever eaten. The views from the porch are absolutely breathtaking. The house also has an activity room that feels like a personal Dave & Busters. The back area is extremely quiet and peaceful. It has natural shade, several areas to talk and eat as well as a screened in area if it rains. The place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend, 10 outta 10 s. I will book again"

"From turning into the driveway, we loved it's peace and isolation on a very private driveway just down the road from Bethel Woods. The property is spacious and well-maintained, and we were sad to have to leave after the second night since it was off the beaten path in a beautiful area!It was comfortable & more like a cottage than hunting cabin, nice amenities! I wish we'd picked this place earlier to take full use of the property. *We may reserve it again sometime in the future if another great event is held at Bethel Woods! It's a trip from Western NY, but definitely worth it!Thanks again to Joe for the use of it. He was available via texts here on the website to answer questions and assist you as needed. "

"It's a great place to stay especially if you are visiting Bethel Woods. When I needed any info the host was quick to respond and very helpful. We will come back here next year for our annual trip for a concert at Bethel Woods. You won't be disappointed if you stay at the Gedney House."

"So relaxing with country farm vibes. Loved the chickens and turkeys on the property as well as the walks in the fields of blueberry trees. The host was wonderful and accommodating. The cabin was very comfortable. "

"We had so much fun at this spot. It is so hard to find a place to fit a family of 6 and this sport was perfect, actually it’s even too big for us but after being cramped in hotel rooms this was luxury! The interior is retro 70s, totally fitting with the Bethel Woods/Woodstock theme. We saw countless deer every day. A groundhog, skunk bunnies. Only the skunk didn’t want to be friends… lol It is a 10 min drive to Bethel Woods, close enough to hear the music but far enough away to feel like you are in blissful woodland solitude. The whole house is spacious. There are 4 bedrooms as described. The 4th room has 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds) and 2 trundle beds. The third room has a queen & a single (if I remember correctly) and the first two rooms each have a queen bed with one of those having a small day bed. Easily could handle 3 families. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals (except groceries of course), even a ton of spices. The laundry facilities were so helpful. The porch/game room is relaxing. The living room is like a theatre with multiple couches and ample seating. The island seats at least 6. The dining room has a long table with many chairs I did not count. Two picnic tables outside. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub unfortunately. A lovely lawn area in the front. Leah was very quick to respond, very friendly. I can’t say enough great things. We can’t wait to plan to go back with friends. "

"Stayed 2 nights on a quick trip to a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts. The hosts were very responsive and the place very clean.The beds were luxurious and I always appreciate crisp white sheets!Loved the tea box in the kitchen! Had everything we needed:)Only downside was to be there in peak summer, complete with high humidity. The air cons are in both bedrooms, thankfully, so sleeping was fine. We just didn't bake cookies!"

"Our stay wasn’t long enough. First, we were pleasantly surprised as soon as we stepped foot into this quaint farmhouse country style home away from home. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We saw loads of wildlife including an owl to greet us. This location was the perfect reset we needed. Cannot wait to go back! "
