« Lovely house in a very quiet street in hunmanby . The house was spotless and warm when we arrived , it is very well equipped and everything there you need . Would definitely recommend and will book to go again . »

« We only stayed for a night in the Adelphi Cottage but we found it very comfortable, clean and stylish. It had everything we needed. Would recommend. »

« When we arrived there was no heating, within an hour of reporting it a plumber had come out, electric heaters were provided as it couldn’t be fixed straight away. Very efficient service. Apartment great location near facilities, very clean only downside is sofa bed in lounge really is not comfortable for sleeping on, you could feel the springs through the mattress. »

« The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather. »
