At the bottom of the stairs, there is an outdoor shower head and the beach entrance. 10/10! The unit had children’s plates and cups, and the pack n play provided was also given brand new bedding. All of the neighbors were so kind, security and condo staff on the grounds were great. This location is also perfect for a short walk to the hotel for a tasty meal, and all of the walking pathways. The view was spectacular, and the unit was easy to child-proof for my busy 20 month old. The generator was GREAT! The few times we lost power, you barely had a moment to notice when it was out. The ceiling fans were awesome and the AC was great and efficient. The property management group is 10/10\. Whenever I had a question, I quickly received a reply and when my 6 year old accidentally locked us out, they sent someone over within 5 minutes to assist. A note (absolutely not a complaint) for families traveling with young kids- the floors are all tile like most condos in Palmas. The stairs are also steep- so you may want to get child gates at Walmart (outside of Palmas.) We definitely recommend this listing after staying for 3 weeks. Enjoy! ##### Marykate T. The highlight was the beautiful view of the beach and sea, with gorgeous sunsets. We previously stayed at another condo in Beach Village and this condo was a vast improvement. Condo has updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding and towels were high quality (RH towels) for a rental. Kitchen was well-appointed with cookware and utensils. There are several beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. Smooth check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Alison F. Power outages and rolling blackouts were nightmares. Thursday and Friday the area had power outages lasting 5hr and 12hr, respectively. Saturday and Sunday a total of 7 rolling blackouts lasting 15 to 45 minutes. Fortunately our unit had a back up generator for basic electric needs. Unfortunately the generator is not hooked up to the air conditioner, micro wave or dryer. ##### Peter W.
